SAFEA Members are the suppliers most likely to meet buyers’ qualification criteria. Because many of these criteria are in SAFEA’s conditions of membership buyers can be confident that SAFEA Members will meet their supplier conditions.
Independant Mediation
SAFEA’s Mediation Service for resolving disputes is FREE! Buyers and Members benefit from SAFEA’s FREE ‘Independent SAFEA Mediation Service’ in the event of a dispute with an SAFEA member supplier – at no cost(a charge applies if a site visit is required). This is only available to clients who buy from SAFEA members and to SAFEA Members.
Financially Sound
An SAFEA Members must be financially sound so as to meet tender criteria. Buyers will know that to be a member, SAFEA Members must be financially sound enough to be on clients’ tender lists.

Representation
SAFEA provides a channel of communication for the Industry with Government. On behalf of members, SAFEA are working with Sport England on the enforcement of a Code of Practice that they have agrred to and signed.

The SAFEA Code of Practice is designed for best value with fewest risks. Members benefit from having a well-defined Code of Practice designed to deliver best Value to clients and minimise all risks to users, clients and SAFEA Members. This could help reduce litigation risks.
